The Minnesota Real Estate Team has a number of properties that we have listed for sale. At any given time, the team is carrying 150-200 actual listings where we are representing the seller. In these instances, we are the listing agent who do in fact put all of the information onto the actual MLS (which can only be accessed by a licensed realtor) in Minneapolis, St Paul. By doing so, other buyer agents from all other real estate companies are able to see our team's listings. In Minnesota, the licensing brokerage for each agent has its administrative staff that physically inputs the information onto the multiple listing service.
